Primary purposes of the project management service are to set the necessary procedures for the completion of the work on time in desired quality and within the planned budget limits in accordance with the culture of the investor’s corporate culture and to perform the necessary works to implement such procedures.

However it provides also consultancy services required by the organization established by the employer in the construction site.

Contractual rights and liabilities are followed within the scope of the consultancy on contract management and significant contributions are made to the project profitability with the pecuniary and time-related claims.
